Omg Killer Looks: Honda Launches CB750 Hornet and CB1000 Hornet SP in India
New Delhi, 23 May 2025: Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, Pvt. Ltd has officially entered in the streetfighter segment with the launch of two new motorcycles: the CB750 Hornet and the CB1000 Hornet SP.
The CB750 Hornet’s ex-showroom price in Gurugram at ₹8.59 lakh, while the CB1000 Hornet SP price at ₹12.35 lakh.
With this launch, Honda sets its heights on rivals like the Suzuki GSX-8R and the iconic Katana. The CB750 Hornet will be available through BigWing Topline and BigWing dealerships, while the CB1000 Hornet SP will be retailed exclusively through BigWing Topline showrooms.
Both models show aggressive sportsbike styling with True spirit to their streetfighter DNA. The CB750 Hornet is available in Matte Pearl Glare White and Matte Ballistic Black Metallic, while the CB1000 Hornet SP comes finished in a premium Matte Ballistic Black Metallic with gold detailing for added flair.

Under the hood, the CB750 Hornet packs a 755cc twin-cylinder engine producing 90.5 bhp and 75 Nm of torque. The CB1000 Hornet SP steps things up with a 999cc inline four-cylinder motor delivering a hefty 154 bhp and 107 Nm. Both bikes use 6-speed gearboxes with assist and slipper clutches for smooth shifting.
Suspension on the CB750 are handled by a Showa SFF-BP fork at the front and a Pro-Link monoshock at the rear. The CB1000 SP features the same front setup but upgrades the rear with a premium Ohlins TTX36 shock. Braking hardware includes dual front discs and a single rear disc, with the CB1000 SP featuring high-performance 310mm Brembo calipers. Dual-channel ABS comes standard on both models.
Technology is another key selling point for these bikes. A 5.0-inch TFT display supports smartphone connectivity via Honda’s RoadSync app, offering navigation, call alerts, and more. The CB750 Hornet includes four ride modes—Sport, Standard, Rain, and User. The CB1000 SP has a fifth customizable mode, along with features like a bi-directional quickshifter, emergency stop signal system, and Honda Selectable Torque Control with three levels.
Prebooking for these 2 premium segment bikes are open for customers. Expected delivery in June 2025.
