Sudarshan Venu is appointed as Chairman and Managing Director for TVS Motor
New Delhi, 5 June 2025: TVS Motor Company has announced the appointment of Mr. Sudarshan Venu to the role of Chairman and Managing Director, effective from August 25, 2025.
This leadership change will start a new chapter in the company’s growth journey, recognizing Mr. Venu’s steadfast commitment and strategic leadership in steering TVS Motor towards global business growth.

Sir Ralf Speth, who is currently serving as Chairman, will step down following the Annual General Meeting on August 22, 2025. He will continue to contribute as Chief Mentor for the company with his expertise of global experience, and strategic insight to guide the company.
