The Rs. 299 prepaid plan offers 1GB of data per day for 28 days, while the Rs. 451 postpaid plan provides 50GB of data with unlimited 5G in eligible cities. However, the unlimited data offering is part of a launch promotion offer and may not be a permanent feature for users.

The company is focused on a phased rollout strategy, ensuring optimal network quality as it expands coverage. Vi’s customer support has confirmed that the trial phase is set for a wider launch, with more cities expected to join the 5G network soon.

With Jio and Airtel already offering 5G services in multiple cities, Vi’s entry into the high-speed race is crucial for maintaining competitiveness.
